Pay Range: $18- $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed chart reviews and medical record audits to meet internal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor, analyze, track, and trend quality performance data and report results to leadership
- Support development, execution, and documentation of quality improvement initiatives
- Apply quality improvement frameworks such as PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) and Lean methodologies
- Prepare ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and run charts to support population health projects
- Facilitate quality improvement discussions in cross-functional and population health meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely quality improvement documentation
- Assist with preparation for audits, reviews, and meetings with external stakeholders and agencies
- Train internal staff and provider partners on quality improvement tools and methodologies
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, barriers, and outcomes
- Follow all organizational policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Experience with medical records
- Background in healthcare, managed care, or related industries
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- 2 years of experience in managed care, health insurance, or clinical environments
- Hands-on experience with quality improvement methodologies, including PDSA
- Experience supporting or leading process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
