Job Description:

15+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, sales, business development, or commercial services.
Proven track record as a hunter with demonstrated success in generating net-new business.
Strong existing network across U.S. pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Experience selling consulting, commercial services, technology-enabled solutions, data & analytics, digital, or related Life Sciences services.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech commercial ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence VP, SVP, C-suite, and other senior stakeholders.
Strong consultative selling and executive relationship-management skills.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Experience developing and managing a significant sales pipeline.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to operate independently in a highly entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel across the U.S. as required.
