Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Creative Marketing Program Manager. In this role, you will help scale creative operations and drive brand consistency across a marketing organization through process optimization, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to make an impact on how creative operations are scaled across a large marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing teams to streamline creative workflows and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes that facilitate the creation of on-brand content.
- Manage relationships with creative vendors and agency partners to deliver high-quality work.
- Create and oversee training programs to help teams understand and apply brand guidelines.
- Lead internal communications regarding brand standards, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain and improve brand resources, documentation, and support channels.
- Track program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with peers on scaling initiatives and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years managing creative vendor or agency programs and 10+ years working in brand or marketing organizations. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills are required, along with experience interpreting and communicating brand strategy.
- Technical competence: Working with AI and automation tools.
- Brand governance and strategy: Experience managing creative vendor relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners, interpreting and governing brand strategies and guidance.
- Process definition: Building and managing brand and creative training and auditing mechanisms.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with design processes, tools, and asset management systems. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities are necessary, as is a problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology or B2B organizations.
- Background with global or multi-market campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI tools and creative automation.
- 10+ years of vendor/agency program management experience, within an in-house brand or marketing org.
Role Success Indicators:- Familiarity with design processes, tools, and systems, with a keen eye for optimization and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and asset management best practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across different organizational units.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 to $68.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
