Summary

Position Summary:

Full-time on-site position to lead administration and optimization of our enterprise software portfolio.  This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating enterprise applications.  The Director will work collaboratively across clinical and business functions to ensure our technology systems effectively support HCBS service delivery, residential operations, vocational services, and organizational growth.  They will oversee NetSuite (ERP), UKG Ready (HRIS), Therap (clinical documentation), Monday.com (project management), and other business-critical systems.  This role is essential to our mission of providing high-quality services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience administering ERP or HRIS systems.
  • Experience in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit sector preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading system implementations or migrations.
  • Proficiency with timekeeping, payroll integration, reporting and configuration (UKG Ready)
  • Expert-level knowledge of accounting modules, customizations, reporting (Netsuite ERP)
  • Experience with clinical/program management systems (Therap)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com)
  • Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools, change management frameworks
  • Strong understanding of system integration methodologies (API’s, middleware, data connectors)
  • This is NOT a business operations or healthcare administration role – strong IT/technology background is essential.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to pass drug test and criminal background test.
  • Valid Drivers license is required. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting. 
  • Be able to bend, stoop, stand, lift and walk during shift. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmap for business systems aligned with organizational goals
  • Serve as business owner for NetSuite, UKG Ready, Therap, Monday.com, and future enterprise applications
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments

Enterprise Application Management

  • Oversee internal configuration, customization, and optimization of all enterprise business systems
  • Ensure business applications meet use cases of organization and functionality is not duplicated across systems
  • Coordinate major system upgrades, new module implementations, and platform migrations
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive system documentation
  • Monitor system usage, adoption rates, and ROI; implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Directors of IT and Information Security on technical architecture and compliance

Data Governance & Standards

  • Lead change management to transition from inconsistent personal practices to standardized approaches
  • Partner with Director of Information Security team to maintain audit-ready systems and data practices

Business Process Optimization

  • Design and implement workflow improvements leveraging system capabilities
  • Lead process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure business systems support regulatory compliance (Medicaid billing, HIPAA, HCBS standards)
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for business system effectiveness
  • Champion user experience improvements to increase staff productivity and satisfaction

Training, Support & Change Management

  • Develop comprehensive training programs for system users at all levels
  • Create self-service resources including user guides, video tutorials, and knowledge base
  • Oversee escalated support issues and coordinate resolution
  • Build and sustain community of system champions and super users
  • Lead change management for implementations, ensuring strong adoption
  • Measure training effectiveness and user satisfaction
