Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months Contract to Fulltime hire
Pay range: $55 to $60 per hour (DOE)
Job Description:
- Translate architectural designs into scalable implementations and guide developers on complex technical solutions
- Perform Angular upgrades and legacy modernization (AngularJS to Angular, .NET Framework to .NET Core)
- Develop and containerize .NET applications using Docker, including Docker files and Docker Compose
- Implement enterprise integration patterns such as IBM MQ, SOAP/WSDL services, and SignalR for real-time communication
- Design and develop full-stack applications in Agile, fast-paced environments (government/court preferred)
- Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and Power BI
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve development productivity and code quality
- Design, build, and maintain REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and Web API
- Work with SQL Server for database design, stored procedures, and performance optimization
- Apply microservices, n-tier, and layered architecture patterns in application development
- Implement authentication and security mechanisms including JWT and single sign-on (SSO)
- Manage deployments across IIS and Windows Server environments (Dev, QA, Production)
- Utilize tools such as Entity Framework, Dapper, and AutoMapper for data access
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers
- Support modernization efforts, including migrating monolithic applications to microservices and containerized environments
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across full-stack applications
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v8+), TypeScript, and AngularJS migration
- Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database performance tuning
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration platforms
- Familiarity with messaging technologies such as IBM MQ and real-time frameworks like SignalR
- Experience with Git or TFVC for source control and branching strategies
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns (SOLID, repository, unit-of-work, dependency injection)
- Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI reporting tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot or similar) is a plus
- Prior experience in government, public sector, or court systems is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
