Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Architect with deep expertise in the Consumer Products industry to lead large-scale transformation programs and strategic pursuits. This role combines solution architecture, business development, and executive stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Industry & Domain Leadership

• Serve as a recognized leader in SAP for the Consumer Products domain, with deep expertise in areas such as S/4HANA, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, and Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Translate SAP’s evolving roadmap and ecosystem innovations into business-relevant solutions and scalable architectures.

Strategic Pursuits & Solutioning

• Lead end-to-end solutioning and proposal development for large deals (>$50M TCV), including:
  • Effort estimation and resourcing strategy
  • Commercial structuring (including outcome-based models)
  • Value-driven business cases
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to resolve complexity and strengthen proposal quality.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (Director level and above).
• Deliver compelling executive presentations, articulating vision, transformation roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
• Align diverse stakeholders around strategic direction and program objectives.

Architecture & Program Leadership

• Own solution architecture, blueprinting, and transformation strategy across the full program lifecycle.
• Define scalable and future-ready enterprise architectures integrating SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
• Ensure alignment with delivery methodologies, tools, and market expectations.

S/4HANA Transformation Expertise

• Lead S/4HANA transformation initiatives (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid).
• Guide clients through organizational change and adoption using structured change management approaches.
• Drive sustainable transformation outcomes with a focus on business value realization.

Practice Development & Ecosystem Collaboration

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players (e.g., SAP, Microsoft).
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and solution playbooks to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to strengthening the Center of Excellence (CoE).

Leadership & Delivery Excellence

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across business lines, solution architects, and domain experts.
• Own and deliver high-quality proposal responses and oral presentations for large-scale opportunities.
• Define program strategy, roadmap, and governance for complex transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 18+ years of experience in SAP and enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs (5+ full lifecycle implementations).
• Hands-on experience with both greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA transformations.

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Deep knowledge of:
  • SAP S/4HANA and Fiori
  • SAP BTP and integration patterns
  • Data, analytics, and composable enterprise architectures
• Ability to design integrated solutions across SAP and third-party applications.

Leadership & Delivery

• Demonstrated leadership in large, multi-workstream programs (> $50M).
• Strong capability in solution blueprinting, estimation, and resource planning.
• Experience shaping program strategy and delivering end-to-end transformation roadmaps.

Consulting & Communication

• Strong consulting background (preferably with Big 4 or leading System Integrators).
• Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal).
• Expertise in workshop facilitation, value case development, and solution trade-off discussions.

Certifications

• Relevant SAP certifications in S/4HANA or domain specialization.
• Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.
