Seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through full system lifecycle activities including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, driving architecture decisions, ensuring code quality, and supporting large-scale system enhancements in a structured, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development efforts for enterprise-level applications and systems
• Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and provide input into design documentation and traceability
• Design and implement application architecture aligned with enterprise standards and best practices
• Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code using modern programming frameworks
• Conduct code reviews, walkthroughs, and provide technical guidance to development teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including root cause analysis and solution design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders
• Support testing activities including unit, system, and user acceptance testing
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts and system diagrams
• Perform data fixes and support system enhancements as needed
• Ensure compliance with established IT standards, policies, and security requirements
• Provide knowledge transfer through documentation, mentoring, and cross-training

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer in enterprise environments
• Advanced proficiency in Java development and enterprise application frameworks
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems
• Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong experience with system analysis, architecture design, and technical documentation
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple system layers
• Experience supporting testing efforts, including unit, system, and UAT support
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
