Description About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced
Power Platform / D365 Lead.This role requires a strong technical leader who can design, develop, and maintain scalable Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions while mentoring internal teams and ensuring best practices in governance, security, and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Solution Delivery (60%)- Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
Mentorship & Technical Leadership (20%)- Mentor staff on Power Platform and D365 development
Collaboration & Requirements Gathering (10%)- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document requirements
Environment & Integration Management (10%)- Collaborate to manage environments
Requirements RequiredQualifications- 5+yearsofMicrosoftPowerPlatformexperience(PowerApps,PowerAutomate,Dataverse,PowerPages)
- 3+yearsofDynamics365(CustomerServicemodule)experience

- ExperiencewithAzureFunctionsandAPIintegrations

- ExperiencewithCI/CDpipelines(PowerPlatformPipelines,GitHub)
- Strongunderstandingofdatamodeling,architecture,andperformanceoptimization
