 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of the existing Amazon Pinpoint-based VRU solution to Amazon

• Connect.

• Analyze the current voice application architecture and define the migration strategy.
• Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect contact flows for inbound and

• outbound voice interactions.

• Refactor and enhance existing AWS Lambda functions to support Amazon Connect

• workflows.

• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services using event-driven architecture.
• Design and optimize Amazon DynamoDB data models to support voice application

• requirements.

• Build and maintain REST APIs using Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda.
• Configure Amazon Connect components, including:

• Contact Flows
• Queues
• Routing Profiles
• Contact Attributes
• Lambda Integrations
• Outbound Campaigns (if applicable)

• Develop and maintain IVR/VRU business logic for customer self-service experiences.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting using Amazon CloudWatch.
• Ensure secure implementation using AWS IAM and Secrets Manager.
• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Utilize Devin AI to improve development productivity.
• Document solution architecture, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating Amazon Pinpoint voice applications to Amazon Connect.
• Strong understanding of IVR/VRU architectures and customer self-service applications.
• Experience designing scalable serverless solutions on AWS.
• Knowledge of Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect Streams API or Contact Lens is a plus.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional certification preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with outbound voice campaigns in Amazon Connect.
• Knowledge of Amazon Lex for conversational IVR.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Devin AI.
• Experience optimizing serverless applications for performance, scalability, and cost.
