Salesforce Platform Administrator

We are seeking a senior-level Salesforce Platform Administrator to serve as the primary platform expert, leading the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our enterprise Salesforce environment. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable solutions using declarative capabilities.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside within a 2-hour driving radius of the Harrisburg, PA region).
• Office Location: Harrisburg, PA
• Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week, EST shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Maintenance: Administer user accounts, security controls, sharing rules, profiles, and role hierarchies.
• Low-Code Automation: Design and support solutions using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
• Business Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable solutions.
• Data & Analytics: Manage data quality, migrations, integrations (APIs), and build operational dashboards/reports.
• Governance & Mentorship: Guide release management, mentor junior staff, and help establish internal platform governance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years of professional experience with enterprise applications.
• 3+ Years of hands-on Salesforce Administration in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in declarative platform tools (specifically Flows and advanced security models).
• Proven background in data migration, software testing, and release management.
• Excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and delivering end-user training.

Preferred Skills (Great to Have)

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst.
• Advanced Tools: Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), OmniStudio (DataRaptors, FlexCards), or Public Sector / Government Cloud.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Code Awareness: Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
