About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced QA Tester (GenAI) / Quality Engineering Lead to support enterprise-wide testing modernization initiatives. This role will focus on driving adoption of modern testing platforms, automation frameworks, AI-powered testing solutions, and cloud-native testing capabilities across multiple development teams.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Engineering, test automation, enterprise testing tools, and emerging Generative AI technologies for software testing. This position requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to enable scalable and efficient testing practices throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and support the rollout and adoption of enterprise testing tools and quality engineering platforms.

  • Define onboarding strategies, testing standards, best practices, and maturity models for quality engineering initiatives.

  • Enable testing teams through training sessions, workshops, documentation, and hands-on support.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for teams implementing modern testing solutions and migrating from legacy testing platforms.

  • Drive enterprise-wide test management processes, including test planning, execution tracking, reporting, and quality metrics.

  • Support automated functional testing initiatives, including scheduled and CI/CD-triggered test execution.

  • Enable containerized testing strategies using cloud-native technologies and scalable test execution environments.

  • Support integration of testing platforms with SDLC tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.

  • Promote and accelerate test automation adoption through framework standardization and best practices.

  • Leverage Generative AI technologies to improve:

  • Test case generation and optimization

  • Automated test script creation

  • Test data generation

  • Quality engineering productivity

  • Participate in communities of practice and continuously improve testing methodologies and tooling.

  • Track adoption metrics, quality KPIs, and testing effectiveness to drive continuous improvement initiatives.



What We re Looking For:



  • 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or related disciplines.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium-based automation frameworks.

  • Experience with enterprise test management platforms such as Octane, ALM, TestRail, Jira, or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks, scripting, and automated testing best practices.

  • Experience supporting containerized testing environments using OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.

  • Understanding of APIs, SDLC integrations, and connector-based architectures.

  • Experience leading testing transformation, modernization, or enterprise quality initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI technologies within testing or software delivery processes.

  • Experience developing testing standards, governance models, frameworks, and quality engineering best practices.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.



Compensation:


Hourly Rate: $55 $60 per hour


This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
