  • Support and enable test practitioners through training, documentation, workshops, and hands-on onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to teams adopting new testing capabilities or migrating from legacy tools.
  • Drive enterprise usage of Octane for test case management, execution tracking, and quality insights.
  • Enable Litmus Test adoption for CD-triggered and scheduled functional testing.
  • Support onboarding to OpenShift-based test containerization, including scalable test runtime patterns.
  • Enable Open Connector integrations for external SDLC systems.
  • Support adoption of RAFT for test automation script generation and acceleration.
  • Lead enablement of GenAI Test Assistants for test case creation, automation script generation, and test data creation.
  • Support communities of practice and feedback loops to improve tooling and guidance.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and quality outcomes to guide continuous improvement and roadmap decisions.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test platform roles in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of functional testing, automation testing, and CI/CD-driven testing practices.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise test management tools such as Octane or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting concepts.
  • Experience supporting containerized test execution and cloud-native platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with SDLC system integrations, APIs, and connector-based architectures.
  • Experience enabling teams through training, documentation, and practitioner-facing support.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading enterprise test transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience applying GenAI to testing or software delivery use cases.
  • Experience defining enterprise testing standards, reference architectures, or governance models.
  • Background in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud-native engineering.
  • Experience operating in large-scale, regulated, or complex enterprise environments.
