Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Cloud R2R Functional Lead to manage and support Record-to-Report (R2R) processes in a production environment. This role focuses on post-production support, ensuring system stability, resolving complex accounting issues, and driving continuous improvements across Oracle Financials Cloud modules. The candidate will act as a key escalation point, coordinate L2/L3 support activities, and ensure efficient incident, problem, and change management processes. The role also involves supporting integrations, managing Oracle quarterly updates, and maintaining operational documentation and reporting.

  • Record-to-Report (R2R) process expertise
  • Period Close & Financial Reporting
  • Oracle ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPM/Narrative Reporting
  • Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Lease Accounting
  • Oracle Projects (Costing & Billing)
  • Production Support (L2/L3)
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management
  • SQL query tuning & performance monitoring (basic functional understanding)
  • Integration support (FBDI, APIs, OIC)

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with strong R2R domain expertise
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud production support (Operate/L2/L3 model)
  • Strong understanding of accounting flows and financial close processes
  • Experience handling P1/P2 incidents and performing root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills (runbooks, SOPs)
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud quarterly updates (impact analysis & regression testing)

Additional Skills

  • ITIL-based support processes
  • Tools: ServiceNow, Jira
  • OTBI / BI Publisher reporting
  • Financial reconciliation and reporting validation
  • Experience in handling integrations and batch jobs troubleshooting
