VP of Data
This role leads the direction and execution of the company's data function, with responsibility for the platforms, pipelines, and standards that power analytics, risk, and AI use cases. You will evolve an established data stack into a scalable, production-grade foundation that supports advanced modeling and machine learning workloads. The position combines technical ownership with people leadership, requiring both architectural depth and organizational maturity.
What You'll Be Responsible For - Set the vision for data architecture and operations, including ingestion, transformation, governance, BI reliability, and long-term platform evolution.
- Own critical data infrastructure such as CDC pipelines and core ingestion systems, ensuring performance, resilience, and cost efficiency as usage scales.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary data organization, partner closely with Risk and Engineering, and establish standards that ensure trusted, production-ready data.
What We're Looking For - Extensive experience across data engineering and analytics platforms, including multiple years leading teams and scaling modern cloud data stacks.
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, DBT, CDC technologies, SQL-based sources, cloud storage ingestion, and enterprise BI environments.
- A track record of designing governed data platforms that support ML, AI, and risk-focused workflows, paired with strong cross-functional communication skills.
