Job Title: Enrollment Technician - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Baltimore, MD

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $16.14hr - $21.14hr

The Enrollment Technician is responsible for processing and managing subscriber and dependent enrollments across multiple lines of business.
The role includes verifying enrollment status, updating membership records, and resolving discrepancies within enrollment systems.
The position involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of member identification cards and billing activities.
The technician will handle high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established processes.

Experience:

Less than one year of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Enroll subscribers and dependents for all lines of business through various channels including fax, mail, and email.
Verify enrollment status and update membership records as required.
Research and resolve discrepancies within enrollment systems.
Process membership terminations and other enrollment-related updates.
Complete monthly reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with account installation teams to ensure identification cards are issued only after enrollment updates are completed and verified.
Coordinate with billing teams to ensure group enrollments are processed before billing cycles.

Should Have:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to understand client accounts, process flows, and enrollment systems.
Ability to manage large volumes of data with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification And Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
