Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager, PMO to support enterprise program governance and strengthen project delivery discipline across a complex, cross-functional organization.
This role is responsible for ensuring programs and initiatives are executed with clear structure, consistent delivery standards, and strong executive visibility. The Manager, PMO will work closely with senior leadership, program stakeholders, and project teams to drive accountability, enforce project management best practices, and improve overall delivery maturity across the organization.
This role reports into senior PMO leadership and supports initiatives spanning technology, operations, and enterprise transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide oversight across multiple concurrent programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivery timelines.
● Establish and reinforce PMO governance frameworks, project delivery standards, and reporting structures.
● Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, stage gates, and lifecycle processes across initiatives.
● Maintain visibility into program health, including risks, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery timelines.
● Drive structured program and portfolio reporting, including executive dashboards and leadership updates.
● Facilitate governance forums, program reviews, and stakeholder alignment discussions.
● Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives remain coordinated and aligned across business and technology stakeholders.
● Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, operational efficiency, and project delivery consistency.
● Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on best practices for project execution.
Required Experience
● 8+ years of experience in project or program management, including experience operating within a structured PMO environment.
● Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
● Strong understanding of PMO governance, project lifecycle management, and delivery frameworks.
● Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving coordination across business, operational, and technology teams.
● Experience producing executive-level reporting, portfolio dashboards, and program status updates.
● Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both delivery teams and leadership.
Preferred Experience
● Experience supporting enterprise technology, infrastructure, or operational transformation initiatives.
● Familiarity with modern project management and collaboration platforms.
● PMP or equivalent project management certification.
● Experience working within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
