Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead and oversee critical onboarding processes for a major vendor client. This role requires strong organizational abilities, leadership skills, and the ability to drive structure across complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. This is a long-term contract position based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for a major vendor client, ensuring all phases are executed with precision and structure.
Serve as the primary point of communication for vendors, customers, resellers, lenders, and internal teams, managing expectations and fostering collaboration.
Coordinate with technical teams, legal departments, and reporting groups to guarantee timely completion of deliverables.
Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation, timelines, and alignment across all involved parties.
Deliver concise weekly updates using Agile methodologies to ensure stakeholders remain informed on progress.
Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for deadlines and quality standards.
Support additional software implementation projects as needed, once initial onboarding stabilizes.
Facilitate effective tracking of milestones and deadlines, ensuring all resources are aligned and contributing effectively.
Provide leadership and guidance while maintaining a structured approach to project management.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in project management, with hands-on expertise in delivering structured results.
Familiarity with Agile environments and methodologies such as Scrum.
Proficiency in using project management tools, including Microsoft Teams and Excel.
Strong vendor management skills, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability across stakeholders.
Ability to oversee technical resources and coordinate deliverables without performing hands-on technical work.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage and coordinate large groups of stakeholders.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
