Strategic translation — resources needs to understand Customer''s IT lifecycle business needs and move them into technical delivery within that context, not just apply SN leading practices in isolation.
Platform governance — they expect SN resources to weigh in on upgradability, performance, and architectural governance, including participation in ARBs and PRBs (Architecture and Product Review Boards) and development of architectural blueprints.
AI strategy alignment — resources need to understand and contribute to Customer''s broader vision for incorporating AI into their 1P environment.
Technical Design Documents (TDDs) — explicitly flagged that producing TDDs is a key expected output of the design authority motion.
Deep knowledge ramp-up — since this is not greenfield (Phase 1 is already complete and Phase 2 is underway), there''s an expectation that resources get up to speed quickly on existing scope, design decisions, user stories, and release timelines.
