Summary

Business Analyst, GlobalLink Shared Services Product Team, Officer

Responsible for supporting the GlobalLink shared services product managers with defining detailed solution design and business requirements within the GlobalLink shared services product management team.

Interact with GlobalLink business, individual product team subject matter experts, development, quality assurance and core corporate functions on a daily basis with supervision from the product managers.

Work with the GlobalLink shared services product managers to create detailed business requirements and define functional requirements including constructing data models, workflow charts, report specifications, diagrams and screen mockups.

Work with GlobalLINK clients in implementation of federated authentication, including requirement gathering and workflow testing.

Support the product managers in their efforts to work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clear to all parties.

Documentation of critical information shared during strategy, design, development, and release meetings.

Administration of system documentation including product development schedules, release schedules, bug tracking, etc.

Assist with the monitoring of project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.

Be ready to provide technical level II support for matters related to authentication

Develop standard operating procedures in relation to on-boarding clients with federated authentication implementations

Communicate and collaborate effectively with many different team members across the business and technology areas.

  • Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behaviour
  • Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
  • Support the 'Risk Excellence' culture within the business
  • Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external

  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exposure to authentication / entitlement systems preferred
  • 3+ years of business analysis, project management or product management experience preferred
  • Advanced skills with MS Office suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Excellent prioritization and resource management skills.
  • Demonstrated skill driving results with imperfect information.
  • Ability to work across different cultures / time zones as the bulk of the development team is based in India
  • Strong analytical, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial services industry experience. FX specifically a plus but not required.
  • Trading System Workflow and User Experience design experience a plus.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
