NTT DATA''s Client is seeking a SAP BTP Integration Lead

Lead and oversee SAP integration activities for a global Greenfield S/4HANA implementation, covering on‐prem, cloud, and hybrid landscapes.

Act as the primary Integration Lead, owning end‐to‐end integration design, build, test, deploy, and cutover activities.
Define and manage the integration architecture and strategy aligned with Clean Core and SAP best practices.
Own the Master Integration Inventory / Backlog, including interfaces, APIs, events, and data flows.
Design and review integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite:
Cloud Integration (CPI)
API Management
Event Mesh
EDI
Open Connectors (as applicable)
Provide hands‐on development and troubleshooting for complex integrations, including synchronous, asynchronous, and event‐driven patterns.
Collaborate closely with:
SAP Development Lead (ABAP / RAP / CAP teams)
Functional leads
SAP BTP and Security teams
to translate business requirements into robust, scalable integration solutions.
Lead integrations between S/4HANA and SAP SaaS applications including:
SAP Ariba
SAP SuccessFactors
Other SAP Public Cloud or third‐party systems
Define and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, decision trees, logging, monitoring, and error‐handling frameworks.
Oversee API lifecycle management, including governance, security, throttling, and versioning.
Support Agile execution:
Sprint planning and backlog refinement
Track progress, risks, and defects using Jira
Prepare and maintain integration design documents, mappings, and runbooks for each project phase.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go‐live, hypercare, and post‐go‐live stabilization.
Mentor and guide onshore and offshore integration developers.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
SAP Integration Experience: 10+ years of SAP integration experience across ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP.
S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations: 6+ years delivering or leading integrations for Greenfield S/4HANA programs.
SAP BTP Integration Suite: 5+ years of hands‐on experience with: SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) & API Management
Integration Patterns: 5+ years experience designing synchronous, asynchronous, and event‐driven integrations.
Event‐Driven Architecture: 3+ years working with SAP Event Mesh or similar messaging/event frameworks.
API Design & Governance: 4+ years experience with REST/SOAP APIs, security, versioning, and API lifecycle management.
SAP SaaS Integrations: 3+ years integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, or other SAP SaaS solutions.
Security & Authentication: Strong experience with OAuth, certificates, principal propagation, and SAP BTP security concepts.
Agile Delivery & Jira: 4+ years working in Agile delivery models using Jira.
Leadership & Communication: Proven experience leading integration workstreams and coordinating across multiple technical and functional teams.

Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 20 -30 %. Preferred location is East coast or Midwest. (US only) potential trip to Mexico

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)
Prior experience leading multi‐vendor, global delivery programs.
Industry experience in manufacturing, life sciences.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($90 - 100 /hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
