Requirements
Senior project/service delivery management experience (ended accountability for delivery outcomes).
Better?than?general understanding of networking technologies and functions (Operations, Architecture, Engineering, Product/Service Mgmt).
Ability to identify, manage, and clearly communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to all levels of the organization.
Strong client interfacing and vendor/third?party management skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into engineering/implementation details; develop, track, report, and manage delivery tasks.
Proactive conflict resolution across delivery teams and stakeholders; escalates appropriately and drives closure.
Time management discipline: delivers quality, keeps commitments, and supports on?time / under?budget delivery.
Flexibility to work across time zones; varied hours/weekends as needed for global coordination.
Preferred Experience and Attributes
Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or equivalent technical training.
7 10 years experience in technical service delivery or program/project management supporting network infrastructure (DMZ experience preferred; SDN a plus).
Strong analytical skills; continuous process improvement mindset.
Experience with financial estimation and ongoing forecasting of delivery expenditures.
Industry certifications: PMP, CSM (preferred); technical certifications such as CCNA (a plus).
Financial services experience (insurance, banking, investment banking) is a plus.
Nimble and flexible; prioritizes workload and adapts to shifting deadlines.
3-5 years prior BofA experience as a Delivery Lead
