Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description: A well-established industrial manufacturer with a century-plus track record and a global footprint (11,000+ employees across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia) is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a fast-paced, growing plant supporting production of critical cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities.
The RoleAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll support production of specialized industrial equipment in a fast-paced, growing plant. You'll focus on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities - Support daily production operations by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues
- Develop and optimize assembly and fabrication processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Quality, and Production
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in equipment installation, process validation, and new product introductions
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, or strong co-op/internship experience
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques
- Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
