Summary

IT Systems Analyst III (End User Services) | Long-term Contract | Onsite

Our client is seeking an IT Systems Analyst III to support End User Services within a large enterprise environment in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a hands-on desktop support role focused on troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining system performance across a Microsoft-based environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to technical resource and solving real-time issues that impact day-to-day operations. The team is looking for someone who can operate independently, communicate effectively with users, and contribute to a stable, high-functioning IT environment. You'll gain exposure to enterprise-scale systems, work across teams, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience providing technical support in a professional environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user issues
  • Strong communication skills supporting both technical and non-technical users

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience
  • Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades
  • Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Ability to resolve complex, high-impact technical issues
