We are now seeking a CXO-level leader to build and scale the business globally.
Role Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Business Officer / Chief Commercial Officer (CXO) to lead commercial strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth. This leader will work closely with the CEO, product, and science teams to translate advanced multi-omics and AI capabilities into scalable commercial offerings.
You will own go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across hospitals, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Commercial Leadership
- Define and execute the commercial and revenue strategy across healthcare providers, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Build and scale enterprise sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances globally.
- Develop pricing models, service offerings, and commercialization pathways for multi-omics AI solutions.
- Own revenue targets, pipeline development, and long-term growth strategy.
Go-To-Market & Partnerships
- Establish strategic partnerships with:
- Academic medical centers & hospitals
- CROs and clinical trial networks
- Biopharma and biotech companies

- Position the platform for:
- Precision oncology services
- Biomarker discovery
- Clinical trial optimization
- Companion diagnostics and translational research

- Represent the company in industry forums, investor meetings, and client engagements.
Product & Market Alignment
- Work closely with product, data science, and biology teams to align platform capabilities with market needs.
- Translate complex AI, genomics, transcriptomics, and imaging capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
- Influence product roadmap based on customer feedback and market demand.
Leadership & Scaling
- Build and lead high-performing sales, BD, and customer success teams.
- Help shape company culture as a senior executive and thought leader.
- Support fundraising, investor storytelling, and strategic planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in life sciences, healthcare, CROs, or biopharma.
- Proven track record of selling complex scientific or AI-driven solutions to:
- Hospitals / health systems
- CROs
- Pharmaceutical & biotech companies

- Multi-omics platforms
- Precision medicine solutions
- AI/ML healthcare products
- Clinical research or diagnostics services

- Strong understanding of:
- Oncology workflows
- Genomics, transcriptomics, radiomics, and/or digital pathology
- Clinical trials and translational research

- Ability to bridge science, technology, and business.
Leadership & Mindset
- CXO or VP-level leadership experience (CBO, CCO, CRO, GM, VP Business Development).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling early or growth-stage companies.
- Comfortable working with founders, scientists, clinicians, and enterprise buyers.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
