Job Description:

Tech Tammina LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appian Business Analyst to join our team in the United States. The successful candidate will work closely with pharmaceutical stakeholders to analyze, improve, and plan business processes, ensuring alignment with workflow platforms and tools such as Appian. This position requires strong collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, improve, and plan business processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the pharmaceutical domain.
Analyze product lifecycles from development to market launch to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Work with marketing, sales, R&D, and regulatory teams to achieve business goals.
Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Collaborate with architects and developers to align solutions with business needs and best practices.
Prepare, maintain, and review business documentation such as requirement documents, specifications, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Pharma or relevant experience in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on Appian BPM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in the pharmaceutical domain is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
