IT Workplace Services Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking for a IT Workplace Services Lead in Miami, Florida.

Summary:
In this role, the IT Workplace Services Lead works across the organization to drive the roadmap for IT Workplace services including devices, collaboration tools, and ITSM services, ensuring technology is intuitive, secure, reliable, and aligned with the company's digital transformation goals.

This role is the head of department operations for Workplace Services, conducting technical project management activities to ensure on-time delivery of internal projects across all areas of IT Workplace Services, operational oversight activities overseeing that activities that make the department run effectively, and decision support & communications activities capturing metrics and data to create reports and presentations.

The Lead ensures that policies, standards, and procedures are documented and executed, ensures consistent and seamless user experience, and assists in facilitating all global working groups within IT Workplace Services.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree a plus
* Deep understanding of End User Computing (EUC) technologies including Windows, MacOS, mobile platforms, and VDI/AVD
* Expertise in endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM/MECM, MDM solutions)
* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Cloud ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online)
* Knowledge of endpoint security controls, device compliance, identity management, and Zero Trust principles
* Understanding of ITIL frameworks, especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
* Familiarity with collaboration tools, UCC environments, and meeting-room technologies
* Knowledge of service delivery models to create and manage SLAs, KPIs, and performance reporting
* Experience with vendor management and MSP oversight practices
* Experience with budgeting, cost optimization, lifecycle planning, and procurement processes
* Ability to diagnose root causes of complex issues and implement durable, enterprise-level solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
