Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Visa: TN, EAD
Rate: $60/hr on W2
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to Hire)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to architect, develop, and optimize ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and App Engine
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow platform solutions
• Define platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices
• Lead ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and enterprise integration patterns
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and oversee ServiceNow solution delivery
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, design, or development roles
• 3+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Experience with ServiceNow development and integrations
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and integration frameworks
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
