Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and test control systems for manufacturing processes.
- Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for automated production lines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.
- Implement and maintain industrial networks and data acquisition systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with mechanical and software components.
- Develop and execute validation protocols for new and modified control systems.
- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Proven experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, OPC UA).
- Strong understanding of automation principles, robotics, and industrial control systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and motor control systems.
- Experience with vision systems, safety systems, and data acquisition systems.
