Key Responsibilities- Designs, develops, and tests control systems and software for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex control system issues, including hardware and software.
- Implements and optimizes PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and robotic controls.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define control system requirements and specifications.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation for control systems, including schematics and user manuals.
- Participates in the commissioning and startup of new equipment and production lines.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for control systems.
- Provides technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven experience with motion control systems, robotics, and vision systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex automation systems.
