Randstad Digital is looking for a highly skilled OnBase Developer/Support Specialist to provide PART TIME, high-level development, API support administration and troubleshooting for our on-premises Hyland OnBase environment.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Your primary focus will be maintaining the health and efficiency of our OnBase ecosystem. This includes:
- Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for opening, managing, and resolving technical support tickets.
- System Health & Performance: Conduct regular Health Checks to identify bottlenecks and optimize the OnBase environment for peak performance.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on complex configurations, workflow enhancements, and best practices specific to Version 21.
- Critical Response: Execute emergency support protocols and maintain clear escalation paths for high-priority/mission-critical system outages.
- Vendor Liaison: Advise on the necessity of Hyland-direct support contracts and coordinate as needed to ensure seamless coverage.
Qualifications
- OnBase Expertise: Proven experience supporting OnBase Foundation 21 (On-Premise).
- Certifications: Active (or recently active) Hyland certifications such as OCWA (Workflow), OCAS (API), or OCSA (System Admin) are highly preferred.
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting OnBase clients (Unity, Web, Thick), database interactions, and server-side components.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical issues into clear updates for stakeholders and provide documentation for all configuration changes.
