In this contingent resource assignment, you will contribute to complex initiatives with broad organizational impact, helping translate business needs into reliable, secure, and responsible AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms, and internal services) using secure APIs and orchestration patterns.
  • Rapidly iterate on prototypes and transition them into production-ready solutions that meet enterprise standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and supportability.
  • Serve as a technical bridge across business, product, data, security, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are usable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

    • API integration and service orchestration
    • Enterprise data and knowledge integration
    • Security, privacy, risk management, and governance considerations
  • Own solutions throughout the full lifecycle-from concept and proof of value through production deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Apply and advocate for best practices in responsible AI, including model risk management, data protection, and compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable patterns, standards, and technical guidance to support scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.
Contingent Assignment Scope

In this role, you may:
  • Consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Review and analyze multi-faceted, longer-term engineering challenges that require evaluation of numerous technical, operational, and risk-related factors, including unprecedented or ambiguous situations.
  • Contribute to resolving complex issues by applying deep understanding of engineering practices, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate strategically and consult with client personnel to drive alignment, execution, and successful delivery.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience designing and delivering production-grade software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and service-oriented or event-driven architectures.
  • Understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
