POSITION: MDM Profisee Data Architect
DURATION: 6 Months
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Architect with deep expertise in Profisee to lead the re-design of a modernized MDM environment. This role will be responsible for rethinking and rebuilding the organization's MDM strategy, with a strong focus on architecture, design, and hands-on development within Profisee.
While the broader program includes multiple enterprise initiatives (including combining multiple Salesforce instances to see data across patients, donors, employees, etc., primarily for marketing), this role is fully aligned to the Profisee MDM platform and will serve as a dedicated MDM subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of MDM solutions using Profisee
Redesign and modernize the existing MDM environment to align with evolving business and data needs
Define and implement: Data models and domain structures, Matching, merging, and survivorship rules, and Data governance and stewardship workflows
Play a dual role as both architect and hands-on developer, contributing across design and build phases
Support and help lead a Profisee platform upgrade, ensuring adoption of newer features and capabilities
Act as a dedicated MDM resource, providing expertise and leadership in an environment with limited existing MDM bandwidth
Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure mastered data can be effectively consumed by downstream systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Master Data Management
Proven expertise in designing and implementing MDM solutions using Profisee
Strong hands-on experience with: Profisee configuration and development and MDM architecture and design patterns
Advanced SQL skills and deep understanding of: Database design, Data structures and data movement
Experience leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical MDM solutions
Ability to work independently as a senior-level, dedicated MDM specialist
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Profisee upgrades, particularly across multiple versions
Familiarity with newer Profisee features and capabilities
Experience serving as a primary or sole Profisee resource on a project or team
Healthcare industry experience preferred (experience with newer versions of Profisee is more important than healthcare industry experience)
