Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Work Arrangement: 5 day oniste
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension/conversion
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a Operations professional to support trade activities. The role will involve customer interaction, client onboarding, KYC, account setup, trade processing, confirmations, settlements, and resolving breaks. The candidate will primarily support equities trading operations, with some exposure to fixed income.

Key Responsibilities/ Day to Day-

• Handle client onboarding, KYC, account setup, and documentation.


• Support trade processing, confirmations, affirmations, and settlements.


• Work with internal teams, clients, and external counterparties to resolve issues.


• Analyze operational data and ensure accurate and timely processing.

Required Skills/ Must haves-

• Bachelor's degree required.


• Good communication and presentation skills


• Strong MS Excel skills.


• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have/Pluses

• Experience in Banking / Investment Banking / Financial Services


• Knowledge of trade lifecycle and securities processing

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $22- $23 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
