Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations and a proven ability to automate business processes, enhance user experiences, and support ITSM, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management solutions.

Mandatory Candidate Questionnaire

• Please describe a workflow you have created from scratch, including the automation leveraged.


• What is one process related to software management that you have implemented and what was your role?

Responsibilities:

• Development & Configuration: Build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript.


• Automation: Develop automated workflows that improve IT and business operations.


• Customization: Create custom Service Portal pages, widgets, and user interface components.


• Testing: Prepare test plans, execute unit tests, and ensure high-quality delivery.


• Collaboration: Partner with functional, administrative, and business teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.


• Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical expertise with JavaScript, GlideRecord, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.


• Strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).


• Experience with SAMPro or another software asset management platform.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience applying GenAI to automate or modernize manual processes or workflows.
