Sage Intaact Project Support

Location: 100% remote

recently completed a Sage Intacct implementation (alongside PointClickCare for healthcare and resident data) and is now dealing with a number of postgolive gaps that were not fully addressed by the implementation partner. They re looking for a dedicated, projectbased Sage Intacct expert to come in and own cleanup, configuration, and optimization work.

Key Areas of Need

• Financial reporting buildout:
• Standard Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement are still not fully configured (6 months post golive)
• Chart of Accounts review and corrections:
• Parent/child relationship issues
• Balance sheet inaccuracies
• Double counting of apartments
• Nonprofit module configuration:
• Client has a nonprofit entity in Sage Intaact and needs this set up correctly
• Budgeting & Planning (SIPB):
• Expanded budgeting module purchased but not configured
• Excelbased planning and intelligence features need to be set up and integrated
• Treasury / Bank interface:
• Daily bank imports and automated posting not yet configured (currently manual)

Environment Context

• PointClickCare feeds resident and billing data into Sage Intacct
• Sage modules in scope: GL, AP, Financial Reporting, Budgeting
• Implementation partner (CLA) is wellregarded but overextended and unable to support postgolive followthrough

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong handson Sage Intacct experience (postimplementation support and optimization)
• Comfortable owning work endtoend
• Experience with:
• Financial reporting configuration
• COA design and cleanup
• Budgeting & Planning modules (SIPB ideal)
• Nonprofit accounting in Sage
• Bank interfaces and automation
• Projectbased mindset with ability to move independently

This is a classic stabilization and optimization engagement rather than a netnew implementation. Please start thinking about candidates who have stepped in after golive to clean up reporting, configuration, and adoption gaps.
