Role Charter
This is a frontline revenue leadership role focused primarily on net-new business acquisition, while also driving expansion within select accounts.
The role will deliver growth through a balanced mix of:
Net new logos (primary focus)
Net new in accounts originated by the leader
Expansion in a few strategically allocated accounts
The leader is expected to be self-propelled in pipeline creation and operate as a true market hunter.
Key Responsibilities
Net-New Logo Acquisition (Primary KPI)
Drive aggressive hunting in target ISV and product companies.
Build strong self-generated pipeline through:
Personal rolodex
Executive outreach
Industry events and forums
Market intelligence
Own end-to-end sales cycle from origination to closure.
Consistently deliver new logo wins.
Success Metric: High proportion of self-sourced new logo revenue.
Net-New in Self-Originated Accounts
Deepen relationships in accounts brought in by the leader.
Identify multi-tower opportunities post initial land.
Drive cross-sell and capability-led expansion.
Build multi-year account growth roadmap.
Expansion in Select Allocated Strategic Accounts
Manage and grow a limited set of high-potential assigned accounts.
Identify whitespace and new buying centers.
Partner with delivery and account teams for mining.
Drive strategic deal conversion.
Note: Hunting remains the core DNA of this role.
Strategic Deal Leadership
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
Engage with CTO, CPO, VP Engineering, and Product leaders.
Structure and close multi-million, multi-year product engineering deals.
Navigate long, consultative sales motions.
ISV & Product Engineering Positioning
Sell Nitor s strengths in:

Build strong credibility with product and engineering buyers.
AI-First / Agentic Sales Narrative
