Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Applications Architect / Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Upgrade Specialist to support enterprise ERP upgrade and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, infrastructure management, environment configuration, middleware administration, and PeopleTools troubleshooting.

This role will be responsible for upgrading PeopleSoft FSCM environments on Linux and Oracle platforms, building and maintaining multiple environments, and collaborating closely with database administrators and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. The position may require occasional work outside normal business hours based on project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 upgrade initiatives, including PUM upgrades and system enhancements.
• Design, build, configure, and maintain multiple PeopleSoft environments.
• Administer and support middleware technologies including WebLogic and Tuxedo.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within PeopleTools 8.6x environments.
• Develop and maintain advanced Linux and SQL scripts to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
• Configure, manage, and support enterprise search frameworks such as Elasticsearch and OpenSearch.
• Collaborate with database administrators, infrastructure teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and upgrade activities.
• Support environment refreshes, migrations, deployments, and performance tuning.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend activities when required for upgrades, maintenance, and production support.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 PUM upgrades.
• 8+ years of experience administering and managing WebLogic and Tuxedo middleware.
• 8+ years of experience troubleshooting PeopleTools 8.6x environments.
• 8+ years of experience with advanced Linux and SQL scripting.
• 4+ years of experience with enterprise search frameworks such as Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Oracle-based PeopleSoft infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex ERP upgrade projects and multiple environments simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Federal, State, or Local Government environments.
• Experience working with hosting vendors and managed service providers.
• Experience with Phire change management solutions.
• Experience with Tivoli Scheduler.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.

Work Schedule

• Standard business hours: Monday-Friday.
• Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required to support project activities and system upgrades.
• Position is currently remote, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement based on business needs.
