Pay: $52/hr - weekly pay on W2
Position Summary: The Sr LMS Analyst works in partnership with the Learning & Development team to implement, support and maintain the learning management system (LMS). These solutions help to enable learning and career development for all our Team Members around the world.
In this role, you will:- Build and maintain learning objects in the LMS such as online courses, instructor-led classes, and programs.
- Provide reporting and insights on registration and learning data to gain visibility into learning registrations/completions and the Team Members who participate in that learning.
- Serve as a point of escalation to resolve technical issues in the LMS and ensure all cases are closed in a timely manner.
- Develop training documentation for users and administrators on use of the LMS.
What are we looking for?- Two years of experience working with the Cornerstone Saba learning management system
- Two years or more of experience with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and Adobe Captivate and publishing content to SCORM/AICC/xAPI using those tools
- Two years of experience with importing information into a learning management system using mass upload tools, such as the Rapid Data Import tool in Cornerstone Saba
Preferred Skills- Bachelor's Degree or Above
- Five years or more of experience working with the Cornerstone Saba learning management system
- Five years or more of experience with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and Adobe Captivate and publishing content to SCORM/AICC/xAPI using those tools
- Use of tools such as ServiceNow to resolve support requests and incidents
- Prior experience with integrations with virtual classroom products like WebEx and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with building reports and dashboards
- Understanding of integrations with external systems, especially Human Capital Management systems including Oracle HCM.
