Description: Our client is currently seeking a Tech Support Analyst

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be expected to:
  1. Respond to incoming support requests via phone and chat.
  2. Perform password resets and assist with account access issues.
  3. Troubleshoot browser-related problems and ensure optimal performance.
  4. Provide website support, helping users navigate and resolve issues.
  5. Assist with basic hardware setup, including desktops and peripherals.
  6. Serve as backup print operator for production print tasks as needed.
  7. Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (preferred skill).


Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a telephone-based technical support role.
  • Industry: No specific industry required; prior experience in a fast-paced support environment is beneficial.


Required Skills & Attributes
  • Microsoft Office 365 Support: At least 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • Communication: Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues.


Preferred Skills
  • Documentation: Experience using ticketing software to log and track support cases.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to support varied tasks including hardware setup and print operations.
