Solution Architect

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern full-stack technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define technical strategies, lead solution design, and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define application architecture, technology stack, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, and performance of applications.
• Lead technical discussions, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Review code quality and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Mentor developers and technical leads on architecture best practices.
• Evaluate architectural trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions.
• Support performance tuning, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with EDI and enterprise integrations is a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong programming experience in Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API security, and integration patterns.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of OWASP, IAM, authentication, and security best practices.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, caching, and scalability strategies.
• Experience designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or Google Cloud Platform certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
