• Have 25+ years of experience in the information technology (IT) industry.
• Have 15+ years of experience as a project manager and/or a service manager.
• Have 3+ years of experience as a program manager.

Job Description

Accountable for coordinating complex, cross‑functional, multi‑phase network implementations, engineering support, and service delivery in a highly regulated environment. Directs tasks, interprets requirements, manages communications and updates, handles escalations, and tracks synergies and dependencies to deliver against change and release calendars.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi‑phase network implementations and service delivery work across cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Direct and coordinate engineering/implementation resource tasks (FTE/FTC/vendors/partners) supporting delivery.
• Forecast and manage delivery tracks against change and release calendars; establish release/impact/risk trackers.
• Identify/challenge schedules that create collisions; ensure implementation schedules do not disrupt business operations.
• Ensure required documentation is completed for each release/task and that standards/templates/artifacts are used.
• Work with engineering/implementation to raise Requests for Change (CRQs) and ensure execution readiness.
• Maintain 100% compliance with firm‑wide Change Management policies (pre, during, post).
• Participate in incident/problem analysis for potential consequences of a change and its implementation.

• Release & Deployment Management, Change Management, Network Architecture & Engineering, Design/Implementation engineering.
• Program/Project Managers, Product/Service Management, Operations, Finance/Business Management.
• Internal and external customers/suppliers/providers; may interface with senior management.

Requirements

• Senior project/service delivery management experience (ended accountability for delivery outcomes).
• Better‑than‑general understanding of networking technologies and functions (Operations, Architecture, Engineering, Product/Service Mgmt).
• Ability to identify, manage, and clearly communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to all levels of the organization.
• Strong client interfacing and vendor/third‑party management skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into engineering/implementation details; develop, track, report, and manage delivery tasks.
• Proactive conflict resolution across delivery teams and stakeholders; escalates appropriately and drives closure.
• Time management discipline: delivers quality, keeps commitments, and supports on‑time / under‑budget delivery.
• Flexibility to work across time zones; varied hours/weekends as needed for global coordination.
