We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our exceptional client s global team. This role focuses on configuring and enhancing Salesforce capabilities primarily within Lightning Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud to support evolving business needs. What will your day look like? As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:
Configure Salesforce to meet business and functional requirements.
Provide daily Salesforce system and application administration.
Translate business needs into technical configurations that developers and admins can use for build efforts.
Perform core admin functions: maintenance and updates, backups, security, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, workflows, custom reports, dashboards, and group management.
Assess technical requirements for new requests or projects and communicate scope, feasibility, and impacts to business stakeholders and IT teams.
Serve as a technical liaison among business users, IT infrastructure teams, and development groups for system enhancements and upgrades.
Participate in testing activities develop test scripts, validate functionality, and ensure readiness for end users.
Prepare and/or deliver end-user training sessions for new features or updates.
Create user documentation including guides, workflows, and SOPs.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal teams and external partners to support successful system implementations.
You will be a good fit for the Salesforce Administrator role if you have:
4 6 years of Salesforce administrator experience.
Experience with GitHub or Bitbucket.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build productive business relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical content for business audiences.
Ability to work in both independent and team environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple Salesforce teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Agentforce experience.
Data Cloud experience.
Salesforce Administration certification.
Experience with Salesforce build tools (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Git).
