Role Overview
We are seeking IT Support Technicians for a project focused on break/fix support in the Seattle/Renton area. This role involves providing IT service delivery, including IMAC, break/fix, and deskside support. Technicians will work in a dynamic environment, potentially in an IT Service Center or walking flight lines, to ensure operational stability and end-user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT service delivery, including IMAC, break/fix, and deskside support.
- Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments on client assets.
- Coordinate with end-users to set expectations and schedule services.
- Identify and escalate potential issues that could adversely impact the end-user experience.
- Work to meet all service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
- Follow predefined procedures and tasks for installation and maintenance of technical products.
- Support clinical applications within a clinical environment as required.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in servicing or deploying computer equipment in a corporate environment is required. Candidates must have a background in IT hardware support and a proven customer service record.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows operating system environments is necessary. Candidates must be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions.
Work Requirements: This position is 100% onsite. Candidates must be able to work split shifts, with coverage needed from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds and the ability to be on your feet for most of the day. Verification of "U.S. Person" status is required for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $21.65 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
