  • Manage the annual technology operating and communications calendar to ensure alignment at key decision and planning moments.
  • Prioritize and organize critical issues for the SVP to enable timely, well informed executive decision making.
  • Drive clarity in ambiguous situations by framing trade offs, surfacing risks and opportunities, and supporting prioritization across competing needs.
  • Coordinate cross functional initiatives by partnering with VP teams and stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure follow through on commitments.
  • Develop executive ready narratives and communications that articulate strategy, progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.
  • Use insights, OKRs, and performance metrics to monitor progress, strengthen accountability, and inform data driven decisions.
  • Support financial planning and investment decisions by partnering with FP&A and technology leaders on budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
  • Strengthen organizational health and engagement by monitoring sentiment, enabling culture initiatives, leading engagement moments, and building strong cross team relationships.

  • Demonstrated success operating in highly cross-functional environments with broad stakeholder complexity, including technology, product, business, finance, people, communications, and enterprise support functions.

  • Experience leading organization-wide rhythm of business activities, including annual planning, leadership meetings, business reviews, strategic offsites, operating calendars, and governance cadences.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational work to business value across retail, digital, guest, educator, and enterprise technology priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create clarity from ambiguity, synthesize incomplete information, frame trade-offs, and help leaders prioritize in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience using OKRs, scorecards, performance metrics, resource plans, budgets, and business insights to inform recommendations and decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft concise, executive-ready presentations, narratives, updates, and messaging for senior leaders and broad organizational audiences.
  • Experience building strong partnerships with FP&A, People & Culture, Legal, Communications, Facilities, and other enterprise functions to enable planning, execution, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to lead governance, coordination, and execution across decentralized or federated organizations with multiple leadership stakeholders and interdependencies.
