Summary

Requirements

2 or more years of experience in implementing and managing enterprise space reservation systems.
Proficiency in room scheduling panels and hardware configuration.
Experience with technical floorplan management, file conversions, and workspace numbering standards.
Experience in asset tracking and equipment inventory management for shared workspaces.
Experience with enterprise data entry and user profile management in room-booking platforms.
Experience in technical project management for facility and IT modernization initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Operationalize enterprise space reservation platforms and configure system parameters.
Program and install room scheduling hardware and integrated panel displays.
Execute floorplan data integration and workspace naming convention standards.
Manage equipment inventory and asset databases for collaborative office environments.
Deliver technical training and support to end-users on reservation platform functionality.
Conduct workspace assessments with stakeholders to define reservable area requirements.
Partner with infrastructure teams to synchronize video conferencing and desktop assets.
