Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth for our IT Recruitment/Staffing division. This role is focused on acquiring new clients (new logos) and expanding existing accounts by offering tailored staffing solutions across IT domains.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development activities for IT staffing/recruitment services
  • Identify, target, and acquire new logos through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders
  • Expand and grow existing client accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Understand client hiring needs and position appropriate staffing solutions (contract, C2H, permanent hiring)
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in IT / recruitment sales / business development
  • Proven track record of new client acquisition (new logos) and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing client network within IT/technology companies
  • Experience in offshore/onshore staffing models
  • Exposure to MSP/VMS-based clients

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • New logos acquired
  • Revenue generated (monthly/quarterly targets)
  • Account growth and client retention
  • Pipeline conversion ratio
