Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree + 5–7 years experience OR
• Technical certification (no degree) + 8 years experience

• Data management / data operations background
• Familiarity with ADO pipeline framework
• SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) experience
• Python scripting for automation
Top Technical Skills (Required)
1. 2+ years application support for cloud-based applications
2. AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) / JavaScript / Angular / Spring Boot – triaging issues
3. Azure App Services, APIs, SQL Server DB
4. High availability architecture expertise
5. Monitoring tools: Thousand Eyes, App Insights, Grafana, etc.
Soft Skills / Other Technical
• Python, PowerShell, SQL, JSON
• Knowledge of autoscaling features (no hands-on required)
Red Flags / Disqualifiers
• Job hopping (choppy tenure)
• Not local and unwilling to relocate on own dime (must be onsite day 1 if not local)
