We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner with 8–10 years of experience to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and Agile product execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and development teams to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure successful product delivery. This role requires strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and product development architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
Define, communicate, and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and customer needs.
Translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives and development plans.
Continuously evaluate market trends and customer feedback to enhance product direction.
Product Roadmap & Backlog Management
Create and maintain product roadmaps that align with strategic business priorities.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical considerations.
Define product features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Coordinate effectively between customers, business stakeholders, and development teams.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Facilitate communication and ensure transparency among stakeholders.
Product Delivery & Risk Management
Identify, track, and proactively resolve dependencies and risks affecting product delivery timelines.
Monitor product progress and ensure implementation aligns with product vision and roadmap goals.
Drive continuous product improvements and process enhancements.
Agile Product Leadership
Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum-based product development processes.
Work with distributed development teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Encourage Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8–10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role.
Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proven expertise in:
Product vision and strategy development
Product roadmap creation
Backlog prioritization and management
User story creation and feature definition
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experience in dependency and risk management within product development environments.
Exposure to product development architecture and system design concepts.
Experience working with distributed or global development teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
