Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support high-volume, high-bar hiring initiatives for our client''s large technology environment. This is a 1-year onsite contract role based in Austin, TX, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced settings, leverages AI-driven sourcing, and brings a strong team-first mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in a high-volume environment
- Proactively source and engage top-tier technical talent using advanced research techniques and AI-driven tools
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to align on hiring strategies and priorities
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer
- Share sourcing strategies, market insights, and best practices with the broader recruiting team
- Meet aggressive hiring goals while maintaining a high bar for quality
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical or niche recruiting supporting a global organization or staffing firm
- Strong sourcing expertise across engineering, product, or other technical domains
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Proven success sourcing in high-volume, high-expectation environments
AI usage and deep research/sourcing capabilities
Strong ability to leverage AI tools, Boolean searches, and advanced research methods to identify and engage talent
