Summary

Join us as a Program Manager to lead transformative enterprise technology initiatives in supply chain optimization. This remote role offers the chance to manage significant programs within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Establish governance structures, including steering committees and workstream leads, to ensure effective oversight.
  • Manage integrated program plans, risk registers, and issue logs to proactively address challenges.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Systems Integrator partners, ensuring contract compliance and deliverable quality.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP Ariba and IBP modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and systems integration.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of the Systems Integrator and escalate issues as necessary to maintain program integrity.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting, highlighting insights on scope, schedule, budget, and potential risks.
Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise program or project management with a proven track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and/or SAP IBP implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Systems Integrator relationships effectively.
  • Strong communication and governance skills, particularly at the executive level.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-workstream programs within a regulated industry environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and global program management experience.
  • Expertise in change management and process redesign.
